Customers may cancel bookings through the App, Office, or Customer Support. Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

Note: For Urgent Bookings (made less than 72 hours before the event), the advance payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
If the halwai/vendor cancels a confirmed booking, HalwaiSetu will either:
Vendors with repeated cancellations may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the Platform.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 working days to process and will be credited to the original payment method. HalwaiSetu is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment provider.
All online payments are processed through trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay. HalwaiSetu does not directly store card details, CVV, or banking passwords.
Late payments may result in service delays or the booking being placed on hold until payment is received.
HalwaiSetu charges a 2% platform commission on successful bookings. This is reflected in the total booking amount and is non-refundable once a booking is completed.
Standard bookings follow this payment schedule:
